Punching and Varnishing
One line for punching and varnish of stator laminations. One cell for welding of ventducts.

Lifting
180 ton height 11 meter under hook

Balancing and over speed testing
2 overspeed pits with for rotors up to 110 ton, possibilty to run at rated current up to 3600 A

Curing ovens
For curing of stator or rotors we have a large curing oven.

Testing
700 m2 test area with 2 independant system for generation of  4 MW active power at chosen frequence. Reaktive power up to 40 MVA. Internal system for cooling water and pressure oil. 

Paint box
70 m2 paint box with retractable rooftop  

Stator stacking pits
3 pits for stacking of stator laminations with lifting capacity of 400 tons

Rotor building 
2 +3 cells for rotor winding, 1 cell for assembly and renoval of retaining rings

Transportation
The workshop has railroad access. GenerPro has an 400 ton transport route to the Västerås harbour for RORO-transport.
